New York Yankees right-hander Luis Severino was pulled from Game 2 of the American League Championship Series after just four innings on Saturday, but the 23-year-old is apparently fine.

Severino was struck on the left wrist by a 104.9 mph line drive off the bat of Yuli Gurriel to end the fourth inning.

"I feel great. I feel 100 percent great," Severino told MLB.com's Bryan Hoch after Game 2.

Earlier in the fourth, Severino was visited by Yankees manager Joe Girardi and a trainer after the pitcher appeared to shake out his throwing arm following an errant pitch to Marwin Gonzalez.

Girardi said the Yankees were concerned about Severino's shoulder, but he checked out fine with doctors, according to Hoch.

Severino tossed 62 pitches and was in the midst of a solid outing, allowing one run on two hits before his exit.
