Stephen Strasburg has the flu-like symptoms, but Michael Taylor is downright sick.
With his Washington Nationals clinging to a tenuous 1-0 lead in the eighth inning of Game 4 of the National League Division Series on Wednesday, Taylor effectively ensured his team would force a Game 5 against the Chicago Cubs, spanking a two-out, opposite-field grand slam off Wade Davis that silenced the denizens of Wrigley Field.
Taylor's blast, a 393-foot shot that landed in the basket affixed to the top of the outfield wall, was the first postseason grand slam in Nationals/Montreal Expos history, according to ESPN Stats & Info.
