With their 4-2 win over the Baltimore Orioles on Saturday, the Cleveland Indians extended their incredible winning streak to 17 games.
They join the 2002 Oakland Athletics (20-straight wins) as the only teams since 1961 with a similar streak.
Of the Indians 17 wins, 11 of them have come on the road and, more impressively, the club has outscored opponents 118-30 during the streak, according to Zack Meisel of the Athletic.
The series finale against the Orioles will conclude on Sunday as the Indians go for 18-straight, followed by their remaining home stand that includes a three-game series against the Detroit Tigers and four games against the Kansas City Royals.
