The Pittsburgh Pirates employ a closer named Felipe Rivero, and teammates have taken notice of the fact that it looks oddly similar to the name of Los Angeles Chargers quarterback Philip Rivers.
Interesting, as Rivero and Rivers do share quite a few similarities: Both throw a ball for a living, both are employed at the top of their craft, and both got traded from east coast teams and out-performed the player they got traded for.
