Come to the party at Napoli's, they said. It'll be fun, they said.
Well, one poor cameraman learned Sunday night that partying - proverbially, of course - with Mike Napoli isn't always such a great time, as the Texas Rangers slugger nearly took off the dude's head with a 446-foot bomb off Detroit Tigers left-hander Matt Boyd that sailed into the camera booth in center field at Comerica Park and rattled around violently.
Not to sound judgmental, but Napoli sure has been partying a lot lately. With his fifth-inning blast Sunday, the 35-year-old now has five home runs in his last nine games.
