Braves' Bartolo Colon: Gets roughed Tuesday versus Marlins

Colon (0-1) was roughed up in Tuesday's 8-4 loss to the Marlins, allowing six runs on six hits and two walks across just four innings. He struck out two.

Analysis:

Colon allowed three runs in the first inning as five men reached base and another three via a home run off the bat of Marcel Ozuna in the third. He threw first-pitch strikes to 16 of 20 batters and was in the zone at a 71 percent clip, but he wasn't able to keep the opposition off balance due to spotty location of his fastball. Colon twirled a gem in his season debut and will look to bounce back from this rough outing in a more favorable matchup Monday against the Padres.
