Blue Jays' Aaron Sanchez: Deals seven frame in 2017 debut
Sanchez struck out six and walked three in a no-decision against the Rays on Saturday. He allowed four hits and just one run.
Analysis:
Last season's breakout star looked better on the stat sheet than he did in person Saturday night. Sanchez managed to earn just 59 strikes over the 101-pitch performance, but to his credit, did a fine job working without his best stuff. The right-hander appears to have put last week's blister issue in the rearview mirror and will make his next start Friday at home against Baltimore.
