Diamondbacks' A.J. Pollock: Progressing in minor league games
Pollock (groin) could return to the D-backs' lineup as soon as Thursday, Steve Gilbert of MLB.com reports.
Analysis:
Pollock played in a minor league game Monday, where he finished 1-for-3. He did not run the bases during the game, but ran them as part of his pre-game workouts. The expectation is that Pollock will play in another minor league game Tuesday before resting Wednesday.
