Dexter Fowler received a pretty valuable letter in the mail this week, courtesy of former President of the United States Barack Obama.
Dexter - Thanks for the visit, and for the beautiful kicks! You should be proud of an amazing season. I wish you all the best in the future. Barack Obama.
Fowler and Obama crossed paths last month at the White House when the World Series-winning Chicago Cubs visited before current President Donald Trump took over office.
Obama - a Chicago native and White Sox fan - received a number of gifts from the Cubs, while Fowler hand delivered the 44th president a pair of custom Jordan sneakers.
