The Baltimore Orioles appear to be involved in talks with outfielder Michael Saunders.
In search of a of a left-handed hitting right-fielder, the Orioles have "definite interest" in the 30-year-old, according to MASN's Roch Kubatko.
In 2016 - his second season with the Toronto Blue Jays - Saunders was named to his first All-Star Game, slashing .253/.338/.478 with 24 home runs and 32 doubles.
The biggest knock on Saunders, though, was his poor performance down the stretch. After crushing it in the first half, he batted just .178/.282/.357 with eight homers and seven doubles across his last 58 games.
As it stands, the Orioles have Joey Rickard slotted in right field.
