Look: Adam Wainwright's turkey game is stronger than yours
Though longtime St. Louis Cardinals right-hander Adam Wainwright struggled on the mound in 2016, the 35-year-old still prepares his Thanksgiving turkey at an elite level.
On Wednesday afternoon, with just over 24 hours to go before the annual Thanksgiving feast, the three-time All-Star posted a picture of his soon-to-be-devoured bird, smothered in creole seasoning and ready for the fryer. It was impressive.

Wainwright, a runner-up for the National League Cy Young twice in his career, made it clear years ago that he doesn't mess around when it comes to Thanksgiving.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I know I have a lot to be thankful for. My God, my family, friends, & @Cardinals nation! pic.twitter.com/kCLc4G5bqb
