Chicago River dyed blue ahead of Cubs' victory parade

It's a long-awaited celebration that won't go to waste.
Roughly two hours before the Chicago Cubs take to the streets to celebrate their 2016 World Series championship, some pre-party festivities got underway.
To start things off, fans in a boat began dying the Chicago River bright blue.

Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel announced the team's victory parade will begin at 11 a.m. ET.
