Cleveland Indians right-hander Danny Salazar came on in relief during Game 2 of the World Series against the Chicago Cubs Wednesday night.
This marks Salazar's first appearance since suffering a forearm injury on Sept. 9.
The right-hander was pitching one of his more impressive seasons, going 11-6 with a 3.87 ERA over 137 1/3 innings of work en route to his first All-Star selection.
Salazar is making the first relief appearance of his MLB career.
