Throwback: Drake throws 1st pitch wearing Indians jersey

Back when the Cleveland Indians were hardly a threat to the 6ix, Toronto rapper Drake tossed the ceremonial first pitch at Progressive Field, with Chief Wahoo watching from his left sleeve.

On July 22, 2011, Drizzy threw out a pretty admirable first pitch, right over the plate, before a game between the Indians and the division-rival Chicago White Sox.

Now, with Drake's hometown Toronto Blue Jays' season on the line Tuesday, this may be considered blasphemy.

In 2011, the Indians were second in the division and the White Sox third, though neither of them played .500 baseball. Cleveland was 15 games back of the Detroit Tigers, who took the AL Central title with a 95-67 season.
