MLB releases 2017 schedule, Opening Day set for April 2

Major League Baseball released its full schedule for the 2017 season on Monday, with three games set for Opening Day on April 2.
The San Francisco Giants visit the Arizona Diamondbacks, while the New York Yankees will open against the Tampa Bay Rays at Tropicana Field on the Sunday afternoon. ESPN's "Sunday Night Baseball" game will be selected in the next few weeks.
The rest of the teams get started on Monday, April 3, with nine division matchups included on a 13-game slate.
