Blue Jays' Marco Estrada: Rebounds with quality win over O's
Estrada (8-6) pitched seven innings, allowing one run on four hits and one walk while striking out four Orioles in Monday's win.
Analysis:
Estrada entered Monday coming off his two worst outings of the season, but he rebounded by tossing his 16th quality start to beat the Orioles for the second time in 2016. The righty threw 62 percent of his pitches in the zone while inducing 10 swinging strikes and lowering from 3.47 to 3.37. Estrada has now matched last season's strikeout total of 131, and he's just 13 short of breaking his career high, set back in 2012 with the Brewers.
