White Sox CF Eaton exits game with bruised right forearm
CHICAGO (AP) Chicago White Sox center fielder Adam Eaton left Sunday's game against the Seattle Mariners in the fifth inning with a bruised right forearm after being hit by a pitch.
X-rays were negative and he is listed as day-to-day.
Eaton initially stayed in the game after being hit by Seattle starter Taijuan Walker leading off the fourth inning and scored Chicago's first run later in the inning. Eaton played the field in the top of the fifth, but was pinch hit for in the bottom half of the inning by J.B. Shuck.
He finished 0 for 1 with the hit by pitch and a run scored.
