Rangers' Colby Lewis: Set to make rehab start Monday

Lewis (shoulder) will throw 65 pitches in a rehab start Monday at Double-A Frisco, Stefan Stevenson of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports.

Analysis:

Monday marks Lewis' second rehab outing since landing on the disabled list with a lat strain in June. Lewis allowed one earned run over 2.2 innings in his first appearance, but he's expected to stretch out to closer to four innings Monday. If all goes well, Lewis should remain on track for a return in early-to-mid September.
