Miami Marlins shortstop Adeiny Hechavarria knows how to handle the glove.

The 27-year-old showed off his defensive expertise on Wednesday, making a beautiful diving catch to rob fellow shortstop Alcides Escobar of a base hit.

Hechavarria is regarded as one of the better defensive shortstops in all of baseball, and plays like this demonstrate why.
