Analysis:

The veteran reliever has followed up a successful July with a largely effective August, save for a couple of hiccups where he's yielded a pair of earned runs against both the Royals and Blue Jays. Cedeno now has a streak of five scoreless appearances, giving up just three hits and recording six strikeouts in the 3.1 innings over that span.
