Street (knee) underwent season-ending surgery Wednesday, he announced via his personal Twitter account.

Street underwent an arthroscopic procedure due to persistent medial pain in his right knee. The veteran will miss the remainder of 2016, but he's expected to be ready when next season opens in April. The 33-year-old Street closes the season with a disappointing 6.45 ERA and nine saves across 26 appearances (22.1 innings).
