Clint Frazier's trade to the New York Yankees organization from the Cleveland Indians' system boosted the outfielder's ego so much that he's already acting like a veteran at Yankee stadium.

The 21-year-old, who was the fifth overall pick in the 2013 draft, tweeted a rather direct proposition to Instagram-famous fitness model Jen Selter. Selter boasts a massive 9.7 million followers on the photo sharing app.

Even better? Toronto Blue Jays third baseman Josh Donaldson took note, calling out Frazier for his bold New York State of mind.

To be entirely clear, Frazier is playing in Scranton for the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders, but the effort is admirable.

"I've been trying to reach out to her," Frazier told Randy MIller of NJ Advance Media before Wednesday's game against Lehigh Valley. The highly touted prospect thinks it's all set in place now that he's a step away from playing in the Bronx with the big team.

"She lives in New York," Frazier said. "I think she's 22. I'm 21. I'm single. Let's hook this up!"

Frazier received an Indians franchise-record $3.5-million signing bonus after his selection out of high school in 2013. No gift baskets, OK, Clint?
