Mets' Wilmer Flores: Homers against Yankees
Flores went 2-for-4 with a home run, a walk and two runs scored in a loss Monday to the Yankees.
Analysis:
Flores was just 3-for-19 in his last five games, but busted out of his slump with the blast off CC Sabathia in the second inning. With Jose Reyes out, he should see everyday at-bats, giving him the chance to build on this year's power breakout, as he now has 11 home runs and a career-high .459 slugging percentage in 209 at-bats.
