Report: Cueto named starter for NL All-Star team

San Francisco Giants right-hander Johnny Cueto will get the start for the National League in the All-Star Game, according to John Shea of the San Francisco Chronicle.
In his second All-Star appearance, Cueto is 13-1 with a 2.47 ERA in 131 1/3 innings.
He's expected to form an all-Giants battery with Buster Posey starting behind the plate.
