Rangers' Derek Holland: Takes loss in quality start against Angels
Holland (3-4) allowed two runs on seven hits and a walk with four strikeouts over 6.2 innings in Monday's loss to the Angels.
Analysis:
Holland still isn't missing bats, as he drew just four swinging strikes in 99 pitches. His pitch-to-contact strategy is working lately, as he has allowed just three runs over two consecutive quality starts, but he has just a 4.8 K/9, and it's going to be awfully difficult for him to be good enough in other facets of the game to be viable in most fantasy formats with hitters making such consistent contact against him.
