More than a decade has passed since Mark Mulder, Eric Chavez, and Mark Ellis were teammates in Oakland, where the trio contributed to one of the most successful stretches in Athletics history. (From Ellis' debut in 2002 through 2004, Mulder's last year with the club, the Athletics went 290-196 and won two division titles.)
On Saturday afternoon, the three retirees reunited to watch their kids take the field, and even got to witness Chavez's progeny squaring off against the young Ellis with little Mulder behind the plate.
