Orioles' Yovani Gallardo: Could resume throwing soon
Gallardo (shoulder) is expected to resume throwing soon, Rich Dubroff of CSN Mid Atlantic reports.
Analysis:
Everything has gone well thus far in Gallardo's rehab after landing on the disabled list with tendinitis in his throwing shoulder, so the next step will be to resume throwing. The initial timetable of 4-to-6 weeks would target a late May return, but a lot will depend on exactly when Gallardo is able to throw and how his shoulder responds to it.
