Europa League draw: Celtic meet Valencia; Chelsea, Arsenal all smiles

The draw for the Europa League round of 32 was held Monday, with several intriguing matchups highlighting the proceedings.

Reigning Scottish champions Celtic were pitted against Valencia, who dropped into the competition after being bounced from the Champions League group stage. Meanwhile, Sevilla will face Italian side Lazio in what should be one of the most fascinating encounters of the round.

Elsewhere, both Chelsea and Arsenal will be pleased with their draws, as the Premier League giants are set to meet Malmo and BATE Borisov, respectively. The latter's trip to the Emirates will include a return to north London for 37-year-old midfielder Alexander Hleb, who spent three years with the Gunners.

The first legs are all slated for Feb. 14, while the return fixtures will be played Feb. 21.
