Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri, Chelsea boss Antonio Conte, and Real Madrid head Zinedine Zidane were named as the three candidates for The Best FIFA Men's Coach award after each delivered a domestic title in Italy, England, and Spain respectively.

Allegri guided the Bianconeri to a sixth consecutive Scudetti, pipping Roma to the title by a four-point margin. His compatriot Conte enjoyed similar success in his first season at the helm of the Blues, where a shift to 3-4-3 football saw Chelsea emerge triumphant in the Premier League for the second time in three seasons.

But it is Zidane who enjoyed the most success of the three as Real Madrid beat Barcelona by three points to reclaim the Spanish title while also defeating Juventus in the Champions League final by way of a 4-1 thrashing in Wales.

While the three are obvious candidates, AS Monaco manager Leonardo Jardim is worth noting as he guided a young team to Ligue 1 glory, all while traversing through the Champions League's latter stages.
