Real Madrid supporters can relax now that manager Zinedine Zidane has confirmed Cristiano Ronaldo is healthy enough to lace up his boots for the Champions League final on Saturday.

Zidane allayed fears over Ronaldo's availability following a nervy incident in which the Portuguese star was forced off the training pitch earlier this week with a thigh injury.

The former World Cup-winning French player revealed the injury is different from a similar knock that kept Ronaldo out of Real's semifinal contest against Manchester City.

Ronaldo and Real Madrid will look to repeat the success from two years ago versus Atletico Madrid and come away from Saturday's contest with the organization's 11th European crown.
