Lewis Hamilton: Earns runner-up finish in Belgium
Hamilton finished second to Ferrari's Sebastian Vettel after starting from pole in Sunday's Belgian Grand Prix.
Analysis:
Hamilton and Mercedes did not have the pace to contend with the Ferrari cars in dry weather in Belgium, but had a top performance in tricky qualifying conditions. He wasn't able to hold off the charging Vettel in the early miles, and couldn't leverage pit strategy to come out ahead of the Ferrari either. That left Hamilton to minimize points damage, which he did with a runner-up finish ahead of Max Verstappen.
