Max Verstappen: Scores podium finish in Spain
Verstappen overcame front-wing damage to finish third in Sunday's Spanish Grand Prix behind the Mercedes teammates of Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas.
Analysis:
The podium result is the first for Verstappen since last season's Mexican Grand Prix. He damaged his front wing mid-race by colliding with a Williams machine as a virtual safety car period came to an end, but did not pit for repairs and remained on track until the finish to take the position ahead of Sebastian Vettel.
