Pierre Gasly: Epic Battle with Max Verstappen
Gasly finished seventh in the Japanese Grand Prix Formula 1 race at the Suzuka Circuit on Sunday.
Analysis:
The Alpine veteran would qualify well and start seventh on the grid. Gasly would drive up to P4 by his lap 22 safety car pit stop. That would allow him to anchor himself with in the Top 10 down the stretch. Gasly would then engage in a heated defensive battle against Max Verstappen for the final 25 laps of the race. He would fend off all challenges by the Red Bull star and finish three-tenths ahead of him at the checkered flag to collect the valuable 6 points for Alpine.
