Charles Leclerc: Runner-up Finish in Mexico
Leclerc finished second in the Mexico City Grand Prix Formula 1 race at Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez on Sunday afternoon.
Analysis:
The Ferrari star would start the race on soft tyres and was able to retain second-place despite the wild opening lap. Leclerc would then settle in and ride P2 until his lap 31 pit stop. He would rejoin in third-place but would soon retake P2 on Verstappen's pit stop. Leclerc would do well to hold off a hard-charging Verstappen down the stretch and seemingly a late virtual safety car would help him to hang onto P2 at Mexico City. It was his seventh podium of the season.
