Yuki Tsunoda: Slips to 12th

Tsunoda finished 12th in the Singapore Grand Prix F1 race at Marina Bay Street Circuit on Sunday.

Analysis:

Tsunoda had pace in the early practice sessions, but saw things devolve as the weekend progressed. He finished eight-tenths of a second off the pace of teammate Max Verstappen in Q2 to start 13th on the grid. During the race, he was stuck in midfield traffic and was unable to make much progress through the field. Despite the poor showing in Singapore, Tsunoda has shown a slight uptick in form by finishing in the points in half of his four races since returning from the summer break.
