Max Verstappen: Runner-up at Zandvoort
Verstappen finished second in the Dutch Grand Prix Formula 1 race at Circuit Zandvoort on Sunday afternoon.
Analysis:
The Red Bull Racing star would get a tremendous start at the lights out and propel past Lando Norris in turn 3 of the opening lap to secure P2. However, Verstappen would surrender that spot back on lap 9 as his soft tyres began to degrade compared to the mediums most everyone else started the grand prix on. He would entrench himself in P3 the rest of the way until disaster would strike Norris on lap 64 with a power unit failure. Verstappen would move into second-place and finish there at the checkered flag for his sixth podium of the season.
