Alexander Albon: Returns to top 10

Albon finished eighth at the British Grand Prix F1 race at Silverstone Circuit on Sunday.

Analysis:

Albon's British Grand Prix started poorly, as he had an ill-timed fast lap in Q1 that was interrupted by a red flag to burn a set of soft tires, and he then set his Q2 time too early in the session. However, Albon and Williams managed to navigate the rainy conditions during the grand prix to move from 13th into the points. He benefited from a late collision between teammate Carlos Sainz Jr. and Charles Leclerc that flattered his form a bit, but it was still a good way for Albon to end his streak of three consecutive retirements.
