Gabriel Bortoleto: Recovers from early incident
Bortoleto finished 14th at the Monaco Grand Prix F1 race at Circuit de Monaco on Sunday.
Analysis:
Bortoleto was beaten by three one-hundredths of a second by Kick Sauber teammate Nico Hulkenberg for the cutoff to Q2. Things got worse for him on race day after starting 16th on the grid, as he was passed on the outside by Kimi Antonelli before going nose-first into the barriers at Portier. That forced him to make an extra stop to replace his front wing, though he managed to show decent pace and turn in a respectable finish that matched his best of the season.
