Carlos Sainz Jr.: Finding footing with Williams
Sainz finished ninth in the Miami Grand Prix F1 race at Miami International Autodrome on Sunday.
Analysis:
Sainz had a slow start to the weekend, as he made a mistake in sprint qualifying and was left down the grid without a chance at points. However, things improved from there, as he out-qualified teammate Alex Albon for the third time in the last four races. Sainz was left frustrated early in the race after being passed by Albon while believing the pair were under orders to maintain position, but he was still battling with both Ferrari drivers for track position in the final stint of the race. He now has points in consecutive races and has found the pace in his Williams after a slow start with his new team.
