Gabriel Bortoleto: Race compromised early
Bortoleto finished 14th in the Chinese Grand Prix F1 race at Shanghai International Circuit on Sunday.
Analysis:
After a promising F1 debut in Australia, Bortoleto's pace fell off in China. He qualified 19th and ended up nearly half of a second off the pace of teammate Nico Hulkenberg. Bortoleto then took a spin battling for grid position in the beginning stages of the race, causing him to pit early while compromising his race. He's likely to be off the pace more weekends than not, though Bortoleto has shown some promise early in his F1 career.
