Pierre Gasly: Better Pace in China

Gasly finished 13th in the Chinese Grand Prix F1 race at Shanghai International Circuit on Sunday.

Analysis:

For the first time this season, Gasly made it out of Q1 and would start 15th on the grid Sunday on the Shanghai International Circuit. He would also deliver a season-best finish of P13 after 56 laps battling on the fast and winding circuit. Gasly would have an entertaining battle with Alex Albon for position in which the two would make contact, but no penalties would be levied. The Alpine veteran would get ahead of the fading Kevin Magnussen in the closing laps to secure an improved P13 in China.
