Valtteri Bottas: Crashes out of US GP

Bottas was forced to retire after crashing on Lap 16 of the United States Grand Prix F1 race at Circuit of the Americas on Sunday.

Analysis:

Bottas looked to be in for a good weekend, as he began the race in seventh place and had just pitted for fresh tires when he was taken by a gust of wind into a gravel trap. He's now failed to tally points in 10 consecutive races and is stuck on 46 points for the season.
