Paul Pogba withdraws from France squad with ankle injury
Paul Pogba has been forced to leave the French national team after suffering an ankle injury during training, the French Football Federation confirmed.
The injury occurred during a collision with teammate Yohan Cabaye, according to Jonathan Johnson of ESPNFC, and will force the Juventus midfielder to miss his country's friendly matches against Armenia and Denmark.
Ironically, Cabaye should now replace Pogba in Deschamps' starting XI vs. Armenia later today. #FRAARM

The country's football federation announced an MRI on his right ankle revealed a stage 1 strain.
French manager Didier Deschamps hasn't announced whether he'll replace Pogba in the squad for the friendlies.
Juventus has yet to comment on the ailment, but Pogba will likely return to Italy where he will be assessed by the Serie A team's medical staff.
14% - France have won 68% of their games with Paul Pogba since his debut in March 2013 (17/25), 14% without him (1/7). Blow.
