Twitter reacts to Wales conquering Belgium at Euro 2016
Wales lives to see another day.
With a population of only 3,000,000, Wales became the smallest country to ever reach the semi-finals of a European Championship on Friday. Taking on Belgium, ranked No. 2 in the FIFA World Ranking, the Red Dragons produced yet another spirited performance and defeated the Red Devils 3-1 at Stade Pierre Mauroy to advance to the semi-finals of Euro 2016.
While the streets of Wales were awash with mayhem after the final whistle, those on Twitter were just as quick to express their delight at the result.
