Valencia's Mathew Ryan: Returned to the bench

Ryan (knee) was available off the bench during Monday's 1-1 match draw against Deportivo.

Analysis:

Ryan seems to have returned to his usual role as backup goal keeper to starter Diego Alves. He's appeared in two La Liga matches this season and has recorded five saves allowing two goals in those matches. Looking forward, he'll remain the backup option for the club and have a limited role on the pitch this season.
