Real Madrid's Dani Carvajal: Set to miss Euro 2016 with hip injury
Carvajal (hip) is set to miss Euro 2016, according to ESPN.
Analysis:
After further tests on Monday, Carvajal has been diagnosed with grade 2 tear of hip flexor muscles which would require four-to-eight weeks recovery period. While further assessment on the recovery is still to be made by Real Madrid medical staff, it is believed he will not make Spain's final 23-man squad for the Euros, with Hector Bellerin taking his spot.
