Spain coach Luis de la Fuente called Borja Iglesias and Yeremy Pino into his squad to face Norway and Scotland in Euro 2024 qualifiers on Sunday.
The duo replace Barcelona midfielder Pedri and Villarreal striker Gerard Moreno who have pulled out injured.
Iglesias scored for Real Betis on Sunday in a 1-0 win over Mallorca, while Pino set up a goal for Jose Morales in Villarreal's 3-0 win at Osasuna.
La Roja begin their Group A qualifying campaign for next year's European Championship at home to Norway in Malaga on March 25 and then travel to Glasgow to play Scotland three days later.
