Atletico Madrid midfielder Marcos Llorente is just piling on Liverpool now.

After scoring twice in extra time to bounce the reigning Champions League winners from the competition in March, the Spaniard rubbed salt in the wounds by apparently naming his dog "Anfield."

Llorente, who had one goal for Atletico prior to his unlikely brace in the 4-2 aggregate win, posted a photo of his pet on Instagram with the caption "Anfield watching the world go by."

For a defensive midfielder who rarely scores goals, you can understand why the 25-year-old would want to commemorate the occasion.

The match in question, played on March 11, was the final game for both clubs before their respective seasons were postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic. The Champions League has since been suspended indefinitely.
