Barcelona complete deal to sell Munir El Haddadi to Sevilla

Munir El Haddadi is off to Sevilla after Barcelona struck a deal to sell the young forward.

Barcelona announced Friday that they accepted a €1.05-million bid from their La Liga rivals for the 23-year-old.

"The Club would like to thank Munir El Haddadi for his dedication and commitment and wishes him all the best for the future," the club said in a statement.

Munir struggled to break into Barcelona's first team after making his debut with the Catalan side when he was 18. He went on to score 12 goals during 56 senior appearances.

He enjoyed successful spells at Valencia and Alaves, scoring a combined 22 goals for both Spanish teams.
