Just when it looked like Daniel Sturridge was returning to full health, the Liverpool striker appears to have suffered an injury in the warmup before the Merseyside derby.

The team have yet to confirm why Sturridge, who had been named to the bench prior to the match, left the pitch.
Sturridge recently returned to the club after being sidelined for over five months with a thigh injury. He scored in his first game back as a substitute against West Ham on Jan. 31.
